How Do We Share Information?

We do not share with others the details that can identify you, except for the details essential for shipping the product, placing the order with our suppliers and charging you, and in the following cases: to protect our activity and the activity of our customers, to monitor compliance with the provisions of any law, to protect our rights or the rights of anyone connected with us, to collect payments and to issue invoices.

Marketing Email

You hereby give your consent to receive, at the email address or on the mobile device whose details you have provided to us, commercial or other advertisements and/or updates and/or any marketing material relating to our business. Notwithstanding the above in this sub-section, you are entitled to request from us, by contacting our service centres or by return email, that advertising material to which Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 5742-1982 applies not be sent to you.

Miscellaneous

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that nothing in these terms derogates from or exhausts our rights to collect, use and/or disclose information under any law, and that the provisions of this chapter are in addition to the provisions of any law.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing stated above prevents us from complying with any instruction from a competent authority to deliver and transfer information about you to it.
